Upper management will preach the company is a “family”, but it is not, it is a business and do not let them fool you. CTG Federal is a flat organization with almost zero upward mobility. I would encourage any prospective sales rep that wishes to join CTG to know there are other options in the VAR world, options with more advantageous comp plans, better operations, and less politics.
