Pros
The contractors are nice and friendly to work with. That about all I can say about the pro section.
Cons
Management is horrible at Lenovo. The management teams do not care about you or interested in different job position. The hourly pay is cap pay ($11 per hour) which means you don't get a raise. Also, you do not get paid vacation or time off. If you have vacation plan then they can take away your vacation time. Also, it's not always 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. It's more 10 days straight for 10 hours a day with little pay.
