There is some brilliant engineering talent at the top. Some of what they are working on for the future is fascinating. Youngsters can learn a lot. An atmosphere where leaders generally listen and are sensitive to many of the employees' needs. The Operations head pilots different work-life balance options to see what will work for the team.
Cons
Some of the demo and instrument sets that are used for presenting systems to new surgeons and distributors need to be updated.
