Pros
I really cannot think of any pros. The office atmosphere/culture varies amongst departments, so depending on the department, employee experience will differ.
Cons
Disproportionately low pay, inconsistent policies between divisions and offices, horrible benefits, no work-life balance, expected to do work outside job description with little to no training, micro-management to the extent of being told how to organize desktop shortcuts.
