Pros
Nice Office (in Ft. Collins), work trucks acceptable, fellow employees nice, if somewhat unspirited. They do think "outside the box" about techniques used in construction, and can demonstrate those techniques.
Cons
Management is confused about mission. Management rewards failure (Fort Collins office manager has steered two companies into the ground, one before the recession!). Grossly optimistic about winning contracts. Uncompetitive price structure means they lose a lot of jobs to companies who offer identical services.
