      Pros

      Good exposure to a variety of projects and lab testing. A place where you will hone your technical writing skill. Technicians get a truck. Much of Denver's larger and more technical firms have engineers that got their start at CTL.

      Cons

      Not a place for long term career advancement. Too many people in management that have no business overseeing day to day activities. Work is fairly repetitive. Pay is low and heavily dependent on a large bonus at the end of the year.

      Indifferent management, hard to get raises, frustrating corporate structure.
