Decent and fair starting pay

Cons

Temper Tantrums, Cursing and childlike behavior are a daily issue at this place. The casual cursing was the most uncomfortable for me. Clients are on the phone and headsets are used and I am sure they can hear it in the background. J8st terrible and unprofessional. Nothing is laid out in a straight manner. Onboarding was a complete mess and the day-to-day environment was chaos.

we are nimble and agile in our environment, high stress at times as with any technical job but overall, seemingly great attitude towards employees. very diverse company.

Cons

sometimes hours can get long when there are emergencies.

Pros

Team members are kind and collaborative. Flexibility when personal situations come up. Exposure to many different aspects of the business—great for learning.

Cons

Turnover is higher than average, which can put extra pressure on remaining staff. Roles are stretched across multiple functions, which can be overwhelming without additional resources. Leadership communication could be clearer and more consistent.
