Cons
• Poor/Little communication between technicians and upper management • Projects tend to be chaotic with structure/procedures created on the fly • Projects commonly scoped without consulting with technical resources, causing unforeseen slowdowns and additional/unneeded work • Departments almost always understaffed • Discrepancy in salary for positions based on obtained certifications, and not actual work experience • Specific clients receive “special treatment” and priority over other long-term clients; causing several clients to leave in the past couple years • We went through THREE different payroll suites in 2024
