      Pros

      It's flexible in a sense that your hired on a contract basis. Experience working for a fairly large company.

      Cons

      Paperwork is a mess. Admin staff always take the side of the client and not the instructor. Lowest per hour rates for English teaching to companies. No payment for training. Weak curriculum compared to its competitors.

      Very easy work if you like nobrainers.

      Old, basic and frankly embarrassing ’text’ materials Extremely patronizing staff who will not back you up when you need it.

      Able to manage with freedom and a wide range of discretion, and make investments for the future.

      Cons

      Since I am not a shareholder, I cannot obtain gains such as capital gains from selling shares.
