Pros
The CURA family has provided me with a superior foundation for my professional career, by fostering the most welcoming and supportive environment imaginable. Interns have a weekly check-in meeting with their manager, which is extremely beneficial. It serves as a safe-space where you can ask literally anything, including receive resume and cover letter help. Most importantly, it is extremely evident that everyone cares about you as a person. They also have what's called, 'Intern Coffee Chats', where you schedule time and go grab coffee with one of the employees and get to know each other. Overall, CURA is perfect and exactly what I needed in an internship.
Cons
There is no downside. The only reason that I'm leaving is I was offered a salaried job. I would've gladly stayed for my full-time otherwise!
