      Salary is for a part-timer, even though you do practical lecturing, but you're hired as a full timer Contract is only a year long

      Creative freedom, fast paced environment, challenging, flexible - results oriented, no bureaucracy, high profile, lots of room to grow, pays well, great benefits

      Cons

      it's a start up so the lack of a process is both a gift and an obstacle, you're working with very critical (constructively critical) creatives so this isn't the place for you if you're sensitive. Very slow when hiring new people. Sometimes painfully slow.
