Pros
- if you like selling useless life insurance products/scamming people into buying then this is the right job for you - easy interview process
Cons
- poor management (e.g. when asked how you could get clients to start, they simply say "ask your family and friends") - only commission based (lets be realistic here) - you pay monthly fees (scamming your own employees?) - no real support for employees (most of the time you pay for any additional ideas to gain clients) - being creative and insightful is not rewarded (If you have great ideas, best not to share) - they self rate on these websites to look good when they are simply not
