Talented and friendly teammates who are willing to help. Exposure to a wide range of projects and technologies. Good opportunity to learn and grow technically if you can manage the workload.

Workload is consistently heavy, with tight deadlines and frequent context switching. Performance reviews are often delayed, making it hard to get timely feedback or recognition. Limited focus on employee development and work-life balance. Communication between management and developers could be more transparent.
