Pros
The location I worked at had very responsive management that took employee and customer concerns seriously. Managers led by example and provided useful feedback.
Cons
The arbitrary requirement that staff ask customers verbatim "What brought you in today?" was unusual and awkward. However, using it to create a means of tracking employee engagement with customers makes some sense.
