Pros
Great people to work with and you get to learn a ton about how the credit card industry works. I would recomend that everyone gets a job for a credit card company when they turn 18 for a year or so. If they did they wouldn't max out their credit cards without being able to pay them back
Cons
I have been around this company for as long as I can remember, and it is a shame to think of where it could be heading. It is still a great company to work for right now, but in the no so distant future they could be really kicking themselves about some of the choices they made.
