Pros
It is inside and climate controlled.Most of the hourly employees are friendly and helpful.Fairly diverse workforce,but could be improved in that area.
Cons
Management needs to do less criticizing and needs to do more team building.I always felt like they regarded hourly workers as a nuisance rather than the backbone of the company.There are more engineers and mangagement than people to make parts and do work.And FAR too much overtime !
