Quite possibly the best UI design in Knoxville No dead weight (team members are capable individuals) Low turnover Change is glacial (allows you to stay focused on your customer and your project)
Cons
Fosters an elitist, pampered culture Heavily dependent upon Department of Energy funding No cross-project standards (only exception: all business logic gets put in stored procedures) Change is glacial (frequent partnership stalemates)
