The company cares about the engineering culture and growth of engineers. Also the WLB is not bad. You get Friday off every other week.
Cons
The tech-stack is rather outdated. Most product managers have too shallow engineering knowledge to have discussion when it comes to making decisions, considering tradeoffs.
Almost all team managers are in South Korea and they barely communicate what they want or the direction they want to take. You'll have autonomy in how you work but no room for progress since they don't even have proper performance reviews, so don't expect much for salary appraisals either.
