Everything else... horrible management and owners. All they care about is profit, and if you aren't going to make them more money they couldn't care less. Management is very unprofessional in general and made employees incredibly uncomfortable and put employees in unsafe working conditions, and in response to employees speaking out about maltreatment said employees were fired. There's a reason they can't retain employees. There are a lot of awesome coffee shops and companies to work for out there. Skip these guys.
