      Coworkers are generally nice. Work load is pretty manageable.

      Cons

      They will tell you whatever it takes to get you to accept the position. Myself and other employees were told our working conditions were going to be very different from what they ended up being. Managers/ people above you are very passive aggressive. They will walk by and pretend they don't see you so that they don't have to introduce themselves to the new employee. Mandatory Benefits enrolment at 3 months. 6 Month Probation Period. Credit Support Clerk pay scale is 37.5K - 45K.

      Hours are good I guess

      The organization of this place is a disaster, nobody is on the same page, all the manuals aren’t updated to the bank system, upper management don’t give two hoots about anyone below their high tower and the HR is despicable (the management). If you want your freedom of speech taken away this would be the place for you! HR loves to shove that down your throat…. Do and say whatever they want and maybe you can keep your job. Don’t waste your energy even considering this place, hopefully they drop some people with the merge …. This place is the lowest paying joke
