Pros
CalAmp is a quality organization where employees get treated like professionals. Zero micro-managing in my department. Killer benefits. Unlimited PTO. Tuition Reimbursement. The domain is super cool too. Internet of Things! Connected Cars! It is meaningful work in a growing tech sector.
Cons
There is a great culture in the Orange County HQ but the company has grown through several acquisitions. Sometimes that upbeat, vibrant culture in Irvine is not present in the other offices.
