Pros
In a booming industry (IoT - Connected Car/Asset) with high growth. Everyone is excited about the potential of the industry. CalAmp went through a management change ~2 years ago at the SVP level and things are MUCH better than before with isolated dictator. It's small enough of a company if you work hard you will get noticed and promoted. There is SO much to do!
Cons
Growing pains in becoming a billion dollar company. Lots of inefficiencies in processes still need to be ironed out.
