Pros

Competitive Salary for a small company

Cons

If negative stars were an option, I would gladly give them. This is by far one of the most toxic companies I’ve ever encountered. Leadership is severely lacking in accountability, support, and professionalism. Management is quick to take credit when things go well, yet disappears the moment employees actually need guidance or support. The culture revolves around gaslighting employees into believing poor systems and unrealistic expectations are somehow their fault. They constantly preach “resilience” and “agility,” but show absolutely no flexibility or empathy toward employees or broken processes. It feels less like a workplace and more like a pressure cooker with zero concern for the people inside it. The micromanagement is exhausting, particularly from some of the Thailand-based managers who seem to focus solely on finding faults rather than helping teams succeed. The same goes for management in the Philippines, who only surface when escalations happen and their own positions are at risk, but are nowhere to be found during day-to-day struggles when actual leadership is needed. The environment is draining, unhealthy, and deeply demoralizing. Recognition is selective, support is nonexistent, and accountability only flows downward. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless I genuinely disliked that person. Worst company I’ve ever worked with.
