Pros
- Assisting the less fortunate - Shelter for the vulnerable sector - Free safeworks/food - Good hearted people (most of them) - Great experience if looking to stay working with the sector.
Cons
- Toxic work culture. Either suck it up, or get fired. - 6th floor is full of numbskulls - 20bucks an hour to see the most traumatizing things you can. Between the 3-5 ODs a shift, the occasional death, broomstick stuck in people's skulls, and rape. you'll leave with ptsd. - Put it this way. the company used to have an in-house psychologist, they got rid of her for to save money.
