Pros

TONS of leadership development that trickles into personal life, marriages, parenthood, etc. $35 million dollar training budget is obvious. People are amazing. The peer support is unrivaled. NO ONE is moving forward and progressing like this company.

Cons

Pay could be a little more aggressive in some markets, but it is not below industry, and very competitive.

Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

Cons

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
