      Benefit are priced reasonable and good coverage

      Cons

      Absolutely no training. You get thrown in with no Suport, guidance and then get yelled at when done incorrectly. The salary is way below standards for the responsibilities and expectations. Everyone gets a better salary then the office assistant and it’s mandatory 10 hr days

      Pros

      Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

      Cons

      If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
