Pros
Good benefits, chances to move to different departments when applicable and they would rather trans-fire you to another location when you're under-performing than get rid of you.
Cons
No formal training upfront, all training is through word of mouth. Annual or bi-annual reviews have to be initiated by the worker, management doesn't do any type of performance review to give you a chance to go over strengths/weaknesses in job performance or give you an opportunity to discuss raises or bonuses. You will be expected to buy heavily into corporate Caliber culture (in other words, you gotta drink the kool-aid). If you get stuck with a stiff General or Regional Manager, you're gonna have to give them 100 reasons you deserve a raise, can't just be because you're doing a good job. And lastly, due to a hard push from the upper echelon of the Florida Corporate Management team, all the Florida Caliber locations are being pushed to overproduce, stick to the Caliber method for vehicle repair, and also stick to the same pay they've been getting. The way they see it, pay raises are a terrible incentive and pale in comparison to motivational speeches from guys making 80k-100k/yr more than you and unrealistic short-term deadlines.
