I enjoy the company structure and clear communication across the board.

The Paylocity software used for payroll is not my favorite and has a frequent amount of operational malfunctions. My pay itself has never been affected so this complaint is minor and not exactly a reflection on Caliber Living. They have always been very helpful in troubleshooting any issues
