      Pros

      Work from home. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Training was informative. Meeting were always fun to be at.

      Cons

      Not enough clients during the day which could make some days boring but over all nothing was bad.

      Training was top notch. Excellent benefits

      Cons

      Clearly the forecasting was poorly done. They continued to hire coaching staff less than a couple months before a mass layoff. Did they need new people at that time? Clearly not.
