Micromanagement from main office without even know what is work in the stores

Great People in the office. All hard working and friendly. Most come from the restaurants which is always great.

Do not live up to their "core values." Just writing on the wall unfortunately. Worked side by side with the CEO and was always walking on eggshells. Very minor feedback (not constructive,) about how I was doing and was never given negative feedback, YET was terminated two months in due to "Not a good fit?!" No other guidance given. CEO gives very little care to the people and people development within the organization...
