Pros

Life lesson on toxic workplaces to avoid.

Cons

The techs like to throw their own teammates under the bus yet make rookie mistakes and milk the support case timers(lazy). These are the same techs being promoted by management and given work from home privileges. Management likes to yell when things are not going well and accounts are lost due to poor communication between tiers. Promises were made upon hire but not kept.

There is no "Pro" to this job because the pay wasn't even worth the headaches and stress

Cons

Management Favoritism Demand (without any appreciation) Abuse of Salary titles and expectations to work all the time No work-life balance (even though they say it exists). Once you start to push for it you become the target! In the short time-frame I was there, they had a total of 3 different CEOs.
