Pros

You have a lot of free time to browse the internet. Sometimes you will get some free food from students as long as you make sure Peter Lee does not see you or else he will get you in trouble.

Cons

They want you to dial over 200 dials per day, the job description says 100 but that is flat out disregarded. They are run by an unethical and greedy corporation that just tries to coerce people into taking out huge loans for a school they do not even need to go to and promises them they can fufull their dreams which is flat out false. You are given leads, which you then have to call every single day until you talk to them or are given lists of old leads which date as far back as two to three years old and are called several times per day. The director of admissions is down right rude and does not approve anyones vacation time ever. It is very difficult to get time off. The job is extremely boring and redundant, not worth the money, and if you are going for a sales role this is not the one you want. All of management treats you like garbage, everyone in the school looks down on you, the company as a hole is failing miserably and it is all your fault. Also, absolutley no upward mobility, It is almost impossible to get promoted or even a raise. STAY AWAY FROM ACCEPTING A JOB OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY I CAN GUARENTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Pros

at this job all the staff was great Not to mention all the wonderful dishes you get to taste prepared by the students and the on site restaurant. Happy to go to work in the morning.

Cons

Small departments because of low budget. Result, a lot more work per person and way more responsibilities than job description.

Pros

Great group of people working at CCA. It's easy to get to know a lot of people and learn more about food if you aren't teaching a food class. Student body is diverse, and it's a great place to get some solid teaching experience.

Cons

Corporate is running the place into the ground. A school with a once-respected reputation now gets a bad name among people looking to hire CCA grads. No recognition by corporate of adjunct faculty - no benefits unless you buy them yourself, and no PTO despite working 10 hour days. No degree program anymore.
