      Great co-workers, flexibility in schedule, rewarding work

      Cons

      Once PSI bought Caliper they laid off most of the staff. Others have since left due to chaotic structure. It’s understandable that there are always lay offs when a company is acquired but they gutted Caliper and lost a lot of best in class talent. A real shame.

      autonomy teamwork quality products and services to sell

      Cons

      no vertical growth (or horizontal, for that matter). new management and ownership. Heard its not good there now, but don't know first hand.
