Pros

Ability to work from home Flexible schedules Great upper management team Pay is decent Very close work team If mistakes are made they provide adequate coaching and help correct them in a professional way

Cons

Not much room for growth in the company. Management has favorites When applying for management positions I feel like favoritism is a part of who gets the role Pay is decent but not great for how busy we get and how much extra stuff they have us doing now

Pros

Easy to deal with management. Since you're 1099, you can "control" your time. Work from home with a solid connection. Management backs you up when clients or customers are difficult. Easy onboarding -- very supportive.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. Lots of screen time which can be fatiguing. No incentive to "go the extra mile" or opportunities for advancement. Little social interaction with coworkers -- you are really on your own, good or bad. Not saying that mgmt leaves you in the dark, and you can always reach out, but the only people you talk to day-to-day are potential clients.
