      Pros

      The people are friendly and the idea is pretty cool.

      Cons

      The staff are all immediately out of college and don't understand how to run a business nor software. Callin is trying to break into the scene but doesn't have a strategy to get market share.

      Teammates are extremely bright, hard-working, and ambitious, but it's also a really fun environment -- we do team drinks and dinners and try to have fun while we're in the office together

      Cons

      Like all startups, everyone wears a lot of hats, and you sometimes have to step outside your job title
