- no upward mobility - work load often exceeds 40 hour workweek, with early arrival and late sign out required to meet expectations - first paycheck withheld for when employee quits or is fired. - expansion of position responsibilities not rewarded - few PTO days - little to no chance for negotiation outside of annual review - PTO mixed with sick days - WFH requires approval, seldom approved outside of bad weather, even in instances of illness or car trouble. - HR seemingly only responsive to protect company, appears to have disdain for employees - CEO micromanages employees almost to a demeaning level - surprise group or one on one meetings that often include CEO

Pros

- The hiring process was fast

Cons

- You have to be on camera all day and people watch your every move. If you take a phone call, it is questioned, if you go to the bathroom too many times it is questioned, if you get up or move at all it is questioned. - You have to provide your on laptop and equipment. They don't tell you this until right before your start date. - The benefits are terrible - every employee gets 7 days PTO and 6 holidays - If you don't give them a 30 days notice you will get paid minimum wage for your last check - They don't hold the same standard for every employee. Several employees won't go on camera. - They don't value work getting done. They value people being on camera that is it.
