years ago there was lots of room for growth and your contributions/ideas were heard and sometimes implemented
Gave me the chance to build my experience
Very good pay (before new owners took over in 2013)
Great health benefits (new owners will probably change this)
Cons
Terrible politics
new CEO rules with fear. A true politician whom employees started off really liking but are quickly realizing she has another side which is not as she portrays in her weekly emails. She said 'total transparency and respect' was how the company will be run and clearly that was a lie. She will rip you apart in front of co-workers. She does not understand how things work in the field which is extremely detrimental to the customers and field personnel. Losing business QUICKLY.
Calloway was very slow to adapt to the changing market and are just now trying to adapt but they are late to the party and lost many clients to competitors.
Lots of layoffs as they restructure the company and unfortunately a lot of good people are losing their jobs
major lack of communication between departments and lack of respect among senior management
Morale is TERRIBLE and almost every single person is looking to leave.
