They can see the value of employee if you're willing to do your best in every situation.
Cons
Starting salary is below minimum for entry level. It might be different if you have prior experience. Projects are sometimes overwhelming based on the number of employees back then. Leave credits are based on DOLE standard which is bare minimum. Work-life-balance is very difficult.
