9yIt is important for our employees to have a voice and we welcome candid feedback. We are saddened to read that any former employee was dissatisfied while working with our Firm.
We are also disappointed to see this ex-employee did not find our generous benefits package and perks as a Pro in their review. We have a great team and care genuinely about our employees and see them as an extension of our family.
Feedback is welcomed and our employees have chosen to post their feedback on Glassdoor and other social media sites. We have a culture of high integrity and would never create fake reviews. Unemployment claims are handled with discretion and confidentiality, and we are unsure how this ex-employee would know if these were contested or not.
The firm has grown every year since 2010. The firm won the pyramid award given annually by IPA in 2015 for being one of the fastest growing firms for three consecutive years. For 2016 the firm is on track to grow by 11%.
Our bonus structure remains the same year after year, and the annual target for billable hours is the same. Hours can be allocated differently each month based on how many days are in a month from one year to the next.
We agree that our IT department had some challenges as we experimented with a different set-up. We were testing using tablets instead of laptops. We listened to our employee’s feedback and after six months they were given a choice of a laptop or tablet. A choice that still exists today.
We invest in our culture, continuously develop our talent and are constantly seeking high performers who fit our drive for success and fun environment. Our high-performing employees are continuously recognized, they are afforded flexibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.
