      Good company values at every hierarchy Very friendly co-workers and managers Great mentality of personnel, very team driven, and very little administrative overhead

      Cons

      Maybe not much room for career development, depending on your position. But it is definitely a place to start out at and I highly recommend working or/and studying at CTS

      Pros

      The compensation was decent. But working here will cost you your soul.

      Cons

      There is serious disfunction and mismanagement of this school by the leadership leading to a toxic work culture that allows sexism and racism to go unchecked. Pretty disappointing for a Christian institution.
