Good people - but could change up a gear with better packages - Consultant Calyx Employee Review

Calyx provides plenty of opportunity to move up within Calyx or good experience to move to a new position in the Clinical Research Field. They provide a good amount of PTO. Communication is clear across all departments and expectations are consistent and well established. We have been allowed to work remotely since COVID and many people are now decentralized. Staff is kind and there is never any conflict amongst team.

Work can be monotonous and repetitive. Calyx does not offer bonuses or yearly raises until you reach a fairly high role within the company. Workers do often take on new tasks without having a corresponding pay raise.
