Pros
Camaco is in the process of growing and has a start up mentality - with that in mind, there are a lot of great changes taking place, new management and leadership (and these leaders are awesome, have a vision and are caring.) Considering that we are growing there will be a lot of opportunity for change and continuous improvement.
Cons
Just like any start up there is a a lot of work to be done, lots of opportunities to contribute and influence change but this is not for everyone. If you like a fast paced environment and like change, this is the place for you.
