8yThanks for taking the time to write a review. I’m really sorry to read some of your feedback, especially given that you have been working with us for over eight years.
I’d like to try and address some of your concerns as best I can. Firstly, let me assure you that all Glassdoor reviews are anonymous and we have no way of knowing who has or hasn’t left a review. This means that we can’t and don’t have any influence over reviews and as such we would never expect our management teams to approach or confront individuals regarding this. We do read all reviews and we take all feedback on board, both good and bad. We want Camelot to continue to be a great place to work so your views matter to us.
As individual reviews are anonymous it’s not possible for me to comment on your specific situation but I hope that you're aware of how to raise any concerns via your manager or the HR team.
Regarding our Watford location, I think that’s a very personal preference. It really works for a lot of our employees who live locally but I understand it’s not for everyone. I personally commute from London every day and don’t find it too bad and our location is one thing I can’t change!
