Pros
The location I worked at was beautiful, and outdoor education is an important industry. The organization has a good mission. Decent pay compared to similar companies.
Cons
Micromanaging leadership, inadequate training at all levels, extremely cliquey in an almost cult like way. Much more concerned with advertising how inclusive they are rather than actually being inclusive. Overstaffed at the management level, constantly understaffed at the seasonal level.
