Great brand, terrible management - Anonymous employee Canada Goose Employee Review

No work life balance. Management are new to retail and it feels like it. No omni channel for sales. Culture differs between stores and at store level. Managers spend their days in meetings rather than on the floor. Junior staff are paid unfairly, full time employees are on less than the part time junior employees. Company are aware that it's an issue. No perks, pension was 3 months later than promised.
