The people are nice but everyone seems fed up with the layoffs

Cons

4 lay offs in the past year and it seems to be getting worse…people are so burnt out in this company with no career growth or breaks. ceo decides what he wants to do without consulting anyone….restructuring always an excuse when the company isn’t doing well when finances are clearly mismanaged … not worth it to join this company !! People here are actively looking for other jobs to leave this company especially if they are excellent workers and driven…this company is silly to get rid of intelligent workers , they hire people to get jobs done and lay them off run away …
