      Pros

      Be independent, with the ability to wrote your own ticket - IF you know what you're doing, and don't mind doing it with no support.

      Cons

      Be constantly told that "support is coming," year after year, with no changes for the better. Realize that the owner cares nothing for you beyond "how much money are you making me this year?"

      Pros

      I like the company. I've been with them for 3 years. I am treated with respect, supported when I need it! I like the independence. Very nice staff who are helpful and kind. You write your own ticket, company is all over Canada.

      Cons

      I honestly like working at this place. They've always been good to me from the get go and have been loyal to me as a broker.

      Manage your own time, set your own hours. Work for yourself, no salary cap. Earning potential unlimited, Great work environment.

      Cons

      Commission based salary, not a lot of head office support, cold calls, build your own client base, no lead generation services.
