Very flexible about hours and possibility of working from home, specially for those who work far from the office. Many social activities as well. The atmosphere is very casual and people are very friendly.

Company seems to be growing fast

Bad management. Management can/may be related to the higher up so your advice is not taken into consideration. Profits are their ONLY GOAL. Their French skills are still so bad.
