Health and benefits package is very good, compensation is somewhat fair and there is a yearly bonus. Employees are also friendly and helpful.

Didn't see any red flags until I started working there, after six months. No wonder employees are leaving. Very biased, lots of micromanaging and there is no opportunity for advancement.

None this place is bad.

Credit unions no longer have to join CCUA, so the organization is dying. It is a sinking ship and people act accordingly. Due to the toxic culture, stay away otherwise could affect your mental health.
