Pros

-Gained many life lessons about how businesses should never function -Real world ethics lessons, great "what not to do" scenarios -Gained plenty of stories you'll shock and awe new coworkers with for YEARS to come -Pizza on your birthday -Christmas party

Cons

-No reference policy, or any policies really on temporary staff. -Ethical issues like forging employee documents -On-call literally never ends, some days I would start getting calls at 6am and they didnt stop until I was "allowed" to turn off my phone at 11:30pm -Forced acceptance of an expense plan that was changed during my onboarding - went from $.30/km to $0.16/km. Anybody working in any industry for travel knows these are absolutely absurd numbers for mileage compensation, industry standard is $0.55 -Paid less than minimum wage for hours worked - 32.5K/year, working at least 10 hour days and on-call every weekend means I was paid less than $10/hour -Getting calls from the CEO while he's intoxicated late at night and being berated for not making calls at 11pm -Their policy is to return calls from clients and execs IMMEDIATELY even while driving, scolded several times for not being willing to make calls and drive -All employees that were working here 2 years ago are in the exact same positions, so zero career growth potential
